Frequently asked questions
What Easy Sahm does, where its numbers come from, and what it deliberately does not do.
What is Easy Sahm?
An information and analytics service for the Saudi and US markets. It shows prices, indicators, statistics, rankings and screeners, and it gives you tools — a position size calculator, a trade log, scenarios — for working through your own decisions.
Is this investment advice?
No. Nothing here is investment advice, a recommendation, an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Everything is general information published to all subscribers and takes no account of your objectives, financial situation or needs. Consult a licensed adviser before investing.
How current are the prices?
Delayed, not live. Every market page states its delay on the page itself. The portfolio and the calculator use the last stored price, and both say so where the number appears.
How does the Shariah screening work?
It is a screening result under a named methodology, not a fatwa. The company's business activity is screened first, then its financial ratios. A 'TEST' badge means sandbox data — treat it as not rated. For a religious ruling, consult a qualified authority.
What are the forecast ranges?
Statistics about the past, not predictions. A range says how this stock's own past moves were distributed over that horizon. It is never a price target and never an expected price.
Where does the data come from?
From named third-party providers. The Our Data page lists each source, what it covers, and how fresh it is. Where coverage is incomplete, the page says so rather than filling the gap.
