Easy Sahm is a regularly updated information and analytics service. It stores market data from its providers, computes scores, historical ranges, screens and statistics from that data, and presents them the same way to every subscriber. It has no view on any security and does not know your circumstances.

Scores describe factors (trend, value) on a numeric scale with descriptive bands — Above average, Average, Below average. A historical range says what share of a stock's own past moves fell within a band; it is neither a target nor an expectation. "Your scenario" is built entirely from inputs you enter.

Backtests, seasonality tables and evaluation figures are hypothetical, historical results computed from stored prices. They include no fees, slippage or taxes and assume trades that never happened. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Analyst consensus figures are counts of third-party ratings, attributed to their source (Finnhub); they are those analysts' opinions, not ours, and are never mixed into Easy Sahm's own scores. News headlines are shown as published. Easy Sahm has no broker relationships, affiliate links or revenue share with any broker.

The Shariah screen applies published, AAOIFI-style limits to company data (business activity first, then debt ÷ market capitalisation and non-permissible revenue) using data from Zoya. "Passes screen" and "Does not pass screen" are the outputs of that method as of the date shown. They are not a religious ruling, and Easy Sahm issues none.

Prices are delayed (about 15 minutes during sessions) and every price surface shows its refresh time in KSA time. Sources: SAHMK (Saudi Exchange data), Finnhub (US data), Zoya (Shariah data). Figures can be late, incomplete or wrong; check the source and the timestamp.
