Trial period, cancellation and refunds

Every new Easy Sahm account can try a paid plan free for a trial period — one trial per person. We ask for a card at the start so that your access continues without interruption; nothing is charged until the trial period ends, and we email you a reminder before it does. Cancel during the trial period and you pay nothing. The length of the trial period is shown on the pricing page and in your account before you start.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed after that. There are no cancellation fees.

Because every plan starts with a trial period, payments for a period that has started are not refunded, including when a subscription renews because it was not cancelled in time.

We refund when the fault is ours: a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, a charge you did not authorise, or a technical fault on our side that kept you from using the service. On a monthly plan the refund is that month's payment. On an annual plan the month in progress counts as used and we refund the remaining whole months; the subscription ends at once.

Ask within 30 days of the charge through the Feedback page or the support address on the About page, with the email address of your account and the date of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the card that paid and usually appear on the statement within 5–10 business days.

A sale or promotion applies for the period shown on the pricing page and is not applied to earlier payments. If a plan's price changes, the new price applies from your next renewal and you are told before it does.
